Description

Neymeen (നെയ്മീൻ), also known as Red Snapper, is one of the most sought-after fish in Kerala, loved for its firm texture, rich flavor, and versatility in cooking. This deep-sea delicacy boasts a beautiful reddish-pink skin with tender white flesh inside. Neymeen is perfect for traditional Kerala dishes like pollichathu (grilled in banana leaf), fish curry with coconut milk, or simply shallow-fried with spices.
